LOCATION: “Chestnut Hollow” is tucked away at the end of a gravel road just outside of the small village of Halfway and only minutes to both Middleburg and The Plains in northern Fauquier County. It lies in a small valley surrounded by large farms and is located within in the Orange County Hunt territory. “Chestnut Hollow” is only minutes to either Route 50 or Interstate I-66 and approximately an hour’s drive to the Washington Metropolitan area and Dulles International Airport.

BARN & INDOOR ARENA: The farm boasts a 7-stall center aisle barn with a tack room, outdoor wash stall, plenty of hay and straw storage and a Groom’s Apartment above. A small storage shed beside the barn provides extra space for equipment. Follow the drive up from the barn to the 68’ x 200’ indoor arena with attached heated Observation Room with paneled walls, ceramic tiles floors and a half bath.
