Natascha Folens brings a deeply personal understanding of relocation and lifestyle-driven real estate to every client relationship. Originally from Belgium and fluent in several languages, she has called Middleburg home for the past 5 years and understands firsthand what it means to put down roots in a new place.

While raising her two children in Great Falls and launching her interior design career, Natascha was introduced to the world of fox hunting—an experience that shaped not only her passion for horses, but an entirely new way of life. Drawn by that passion, she soon made the move to Middleburg, a place unlike any other. Once a competitive show hunter, she has spent the past 15 years fox hunting with Loudoun Fairfax Hunt and Middleburg Hunt, and for the last 5 years with Orange County Hounds. Family, friends and horses  are at the center of her life, and she cannot imagine living anywhere better than this area.

That personal journey is at the heart of her approach to real estate. She understands that moving here is not simply about purchasing a home—it is about stepping into a lifestyle. With more than 20 years of experience running her interior design company, and with projects published nationally and internationally, Natascha brings a trained eye for design and value.
